We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the Service:
- Account information: Email address and password when you create a Premium account.
- Usage data: Number of price comparisons performed per day to enforce free tier limits.
- Product data: Product names and URLs from pages you compare, used only to perform the comparison and not stored long-term.
- Payment information: Handled entirely by Creem. We never see or store your card details.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Your general browsing history
- Data from pages you visit that are not supported retailers
- Your personal information for advertising purposes
- Search queries beyond what is needed to perform comparisons
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve the price comparison service
- Enforce free tier usage limits
- Manage your Premium subscription
- Send transactional emails such as receipts and password resets
- Respond to support requests
4. Data Storage and Security
Your account data is stored securely using Supabase with industry-standard encryption. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
5. Third-Party Services
- Creem — payment processing. See creem.io/privacy.
- Supabase — database and authentication. See supabase.com/privacy.
- Retailer APIs — used to retrieve price data. Your personal information is not shared with these services.
6. Your Rights

7. Children's Privacy
PriceHawk is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
