Welcome to PriceHawk. By installing or using the PriceHawk browser extension or visiting this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PriceHawk ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PriceHawk is a digital browser extension software that compares product prices across multiple online retailers including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. It is available in two tiers:
- Free Tier: Limited to 3 price comparisons per day across 3 retailers.
- Premium Tier: Unlimited comparisons, additional retailers, price history, and price drop alerts for $4 per month.
3. Digital Product Delivery
PriceHawk is a digital software product delivered electronically. Upon payment for Premium, your account is instantly upgraded and all premium features are unlocked within the browser extension. No physical product is shipped. Delivery is instantaneous upon successful payment confirmation.
4. User Accounts
To access Premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.00 USD. Payments are processed securely by Creem. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first charge, contact us at famajila3@gmail.com for a full refund. After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable. See our full Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer the extension, use automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage, resell access to the Service, or interfere with its proper functioning.
8. Affiliate Disclosure
PriceHawk participates in affiliate programs including Amazon Associates. When you click a link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Results are always sorted by total cost regardless of affiliate relationships.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that price data is always accurate or up to date. Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before purchasing.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriceHawk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
